Video showing how Balochistan will gain territory in future

.Speech From Mir Ghous Bakhsh Bizanjo At Dar Al Awam Of Kalat States Dated Dhadar, December 12th 1947

"........We have a distinct civilization, we have a separate culture like that of Iran and Afghanistan

We are muslims but it is not necessary that by virtue of our being Muslims we should loose our freedom and merge with others. If the mere fact that we areMuslims requires us to join Pakistan then Afghanistan and Iran both Muslim countriesshould also amalgamate with Pakistan.... .....

The British conquered Asia through the force of the sword. They also subjugated the Baloch homeland. We never accepted their authority. We resisted their rulebut being oppressive and cruel they deprived us of our freedom.

We were a separate entity. We were never part of India before the British overlaordship.

Pakistan's unpleasant and loathsome desire that our national homeland, Balochistan, should merge with it is impossible to concede.

It is unimaginable to agree to such a demand...... .It is no secret that before the creation of Pakistan, our Khan had patronized the Muslim League. Our homes, bunglaows and transport were at their disposal.

Under the khan's guidance many Baloch helped the League through every possible means.

What was our attitude towards Pakistan and what is its behaviour towards us ?

Lasbela and Kharan, two constituent units of Balochistan are being snatched away.

Kalat's sovereignty over those areas has been accepted by the British.

We never want to subjugate them. That is not our intention. They are our brothern in blood and have been part of Kalat in that capicity.Pakistan has even refused talks and is making any discussion on the subject conditional on the repentance of the Baloch government and its prostration. Before them......we are ready to have friendship with that country on the basis of sovereign equality but by no means ready to merge with Pakistan.

We cannot humiliate the Baloch nation and amalgamate it with others. How can we sign the national death warrant of fifteen million Asian Baloch ?

That is inconceivable. That is impossible. We cannot be partyto such a grave mistake..... .We cannot commit such a great crime.......We are told that we Baloch cannot defend ourselves in that atomic age. Well, are Afghanistan, Iran and even Pakistan capable of defying themselves ?

Today if Russia and America so desire, they can wipe out many such states from the world map. If we cannot defend ourselves, a lot of others cannot do so either.....As regards the question of statehood, let me emphasize that no Asian country including Pakistan fulfils the criteria of a modern state in true sense.......

They say we must join Pakistan for economic reasons.

That is also absurd. We may not have hard currency but we have numerous means of income. we have minerals, we have petroleum, we have ports. We should not be made slaves on the pretext of economic viability.

We can survive without pakistan. We can prosper outside pakistan. But that question is what Pakistan would be without us ?I do not propose to create hurdles for the newly created Pakistan inmatters of defence and external communication. But we want an honourable relationship, not a humiliating one.If Pakistan wants to treat us as a sovereign people, we are ready toextend the hand of friendship and cooperation.

If Pakistan does not agree to do so, flying in the face of democratic principles, such an attitude will be totally unacceptable to us, and if we are forced to accept this fatethen every Baloch son will sacrifice his life in defence of his national freedom.

Hyrbyair Marri’s speech in the UK House of Commons

London (28-10-2009): The Baloch have a long history of struggle against repressions and oppression by the Pakistani and Iranian states. Our history, however, pre-dates the formation of both Pakistan and Iran. The Baloch have a history which goes back thousands of years.

During the British Raj, Britain annexed a strip of land adjoining Afghanistan and named it (“British Balochistan”). The Baloch tirelessly campaigned for independence during the final decades of the British Raj. When the British left the Indian subcontinent the Baloch declared their Independence on 11 August 1947. Balochistan remained a sovereign state until it was forcefully occupied by Pakistan army on 27 March 1948. Iran had already occupied western part of Balochistan in 1928. Iran’s occupation of western Balochistan was a part of a ploy by the British to bring Iran on their side against the Russian expansion.

Since the occupation Iran and Pakistan have used brute force to subjugate the Baloch. The international Community by keeping silence have legitimized the forceful occupation of Baloch land and the inhumane treatment committed against them.

The current spate of violence in Balochistan started in early 2000 when the Pakistani dictator Musharraf came into power through an illegal military action. Pakistan’s army have used modern and lethal weapons like, Phosphorus and cluster bombs ‘which are supplied by the West’ against unarmed Baloch.

Hundreds of thousands of Baloch people have been displaced, many hundreds killed and thousands have been extra judicially abducted by the Pakistani Intelligence agencies ever since. Relatives have tried all peaceful means to find out the whereabouts of their loved ones, who have disappeared without a trace, to no avail. There are currently more than 6000 people missing in Eastern Balochistan (occupied by Pakistan).

During Musharraf’s dictatorship hundreds of Baloch including two top Baloch leaders Nawab Akbar Khan Bugti and Nawabzada Balach Marri (one of my brothers) have been murdered. Apparently Musharraf has got away with these crimes. In fact it was Musharruf “the Pakistani general Penuche” and his Jihadist army who created world’s two most deadliest organisations; Al-Qaeeda and the Taliban. These are the two most destructive fundamentalist organizations that are hell bent to destroy secular nations both Muslims and non-Muslims alike. Ironically, he is presently treated as a celebrity and is giving lectures to the International community on terrorism! No one so far within the International Community has challenged him for the crimes that he and his cronies have committed in Balochistan.

Besides, all other criminal army generals come and stay in Western countries after their retirement. Instead of holding them accountable for their crimes, they are given sanctuaries to carry on with their lavish lifestyle.

Even though a new government came into power after 2008 election in Pakistan but their policy towards Balochistan is much the same, the faces have changed but the biased, brutal and corrupt system is still in place. Unfortunately during this so called democratically elected government three top Baloch political leader, namely Ghulam Mohammed Baloch, Lala Munir Baloch and Sher Mohammed Baloch were abducted by Pakistani Intelligence Agencies from their lawyers’ office in broad day light, severely tortured for few days and finally murdered in cold blood. Their bodies were found in a deserted area after a week.

Similar atrocities are also being committed against Baloch people by the Islamic Regime of Iran in Western occupied Balochistan. There too hardly a single day goes by without arrests, torture and execution of innocent Baloch people.

Problem of smaller nations and the responsibility of the International Community: If we take a look at the struggles experienced by occupied nations there is a realisation that such struggles have always been ignored by the International Community. The Western democracies instead of siding with the oppressed are backing the oppressors. They are collaborating with Turkey against secular Kurdish movement; they have helped Sri Lanka against the Tamils and they are siding with Pakistan against the Baloch people. This biased approach has to stop and International Community must urge these occupying states to stop the slaughter of the oppressed Nations and abide by International laws.

Such discriminatory actions of the International community have compelled the occupied Nations to stand up to these states and sometimes they are forced to take extreme steps in their own defence. Nations like the Kurd, the Tamils and the Baluch are pushed against the wall and left with no option but to resist the state brutalities and to defend themselves.

These oppressive states especially Pakistan have benefited from International laws on terrorism & the war on terror. Pakistan is protecting terrorists and using the war on terror as a weapon to blackmail the west. Unfortunately instead of holding Pakistan responsible the West is ignoring their crimes and complying with their unjustified demands.

A recent example is the proscription of Baloch liberation Struggle in the UK and the arrest of my colleague and myself on flimsy terrorism charges. One can understand why Pakistan would proscribe the secular Baloch movement – because Pakistan wants to justify the human rights violation in Balochistan in the name of fight against terrorism. The UK had no excuse for proscribing the secular Baloch liberation movement but to please the Pakistani dictator Musharraf. The UK however should know that if it was not for the secular Baloch people in the region, today Balochistan would have been full of Taliban extremists. Imagine how hard it would be to tackle extremism in an area twice as big as the UK full of Taliban and their supporters.

These days we hear the news that the Taliban are moving to Quetta, the capital city of Balcohistan. Baloch have always warned the western powers time and again about the spread of Taliban in their region. And in many instances Baloch have openly said that Taliban are being systematically settled in Quetta in order to counter the secular Baloch national struggle.

Similarly we see other oppressive states are using the so called “war on terror” to undermine the national struggles of oppressed Nations. When the Sri Lankan cricket team was attacked in Pakistan, the Pakistan state media and officials, including the Prime Minister of Pakistan, stated that the attack was carried out by Lashkar-e-Toiba , an Islamic fundamentalist organisation.

However after a meeting with the Sri Lanakan president in Libya the Prime Minister of Pakistan changed his statement and blamed the Tamils for the attack, without a shred of proof. This is another example of collusion between two states. Those states that have illegally annexed other nations tend to collaborate closely with each other against the Nations under their occupation.

The United Nations especially the UN Human Rights Council has become a forum where states support and ignore the wrong doings and violations committed by other member states. Stateless Nations have no or very little say in the UN, for this very reason The United Nation has, by and large, ignored the illegal occupation of weaker Nations.

In order to keep Balochistan under their occupation the Pakistani Army and the Punjabi controlled state administration have dominated Pakistan’s institutions and the seats at the United Nations and other international forums. It is only they that interact with the outside world on behalf of the state. The Baloch are deliberately excluded from these key institutions. Their presence in such matters is absolutely none. In their eyes my participation in this meeting is an act of treason because we are not meant to speak on an International forum. The exclusion of voiceless nations from International Organisations would encourage the oppressors to continue their atrocities against our people.

Oppressive states are globally unified and have combined forces to justify their criminal acts; they are trying nationally and internationally to criminalise the normal and just activities of suppressed Nations in order to continue their hegemony over them. It is the responsibility of stateless Nation like the Kurd, the Tamils and the Baloch to unite and challenge their unjust acts on every forum. We must inform the International community about their inhuman acts and remind the West of its responsibilities to our defenceless nations.

Therefore I appeal to all human Rights Organisations and Humanitarian workers to unite and raise voice against the illegal occupations and human rights abuses of nations like Balochistan.

The meeting was sponsored by CAMPACC and British Tamil Law Foundation, in the UK House of Commons and was by hosted by Soibhain McDonagh MP. The participants of the meeting discussed 1) the impacts of ‘terrorist’ bans on communities seeking self-determination & struggling against occupation abroad such as the Kurdish, Baloch and Palestinian people. 2) Collusion among ‘security’ agencies in undermining self-determination, especially though ‘anti terror’ laws. 3) The role of such laws as an instrument of foreign policy and domestic repression; and means to resist and undermine such laws through defence.

McDonagh PM and Estella (founder of CAMPACC) chaired the meeting. Kazim Aqpak from Kurdish Federation UK, Les Levidow from CAMPAAC, Hyrbyair Marri, Baloch leader, a Tamil representative (spoke on behalf of Jan Jananayagam) and Matt foot lawyer of Shanthan (Arunachalam Chrithanthakumar) have spoken of different aspect of terrorism laws and the war on terror and its impacts on occupied nations like the Kurd, the Baloch and the Tamils.

Terrifying blast in western Balochistan: a reaction of an inhuman act

In western Balochistan a few days ago a terrifying blast and its result was many high ranking Iranian authorities and pro Tehran Baloch delegations that were vanished. Such big terrible events have once again raised many questions in the region. While the Baloch and Balochistan have gotten international attention and have become a subject of discussion. As usual and expected Pakistan is linking Malik Reki as fellow of Taliban and labeling his struggle as one of religion and extremism?

For quite a few days many newspapers and Media pundits have tried to show Baloch are religious and fanatics. Fortunately Baloch nation is lucky that due to lack of their knowledge and strength in argument that failed to leave any impression. From Balochistan, a senior lawyer, in his interview with international media stated that Malik Reki suicide attacks are similar to Betullah Meshood, according to his believe his followers are taking the same training and vice versa.

The matter of the fact is when human beings face starvation he may use any language any where around the world to ask for food (to fill his starving stomach). Similarly, wherever injustice has occurred then the response will be hate. The reason and method of that hate will be different but their goal remains the same. How to get out from grinding injustice and struggles, who abolished their oppressor.

The Baloch matter is similar to those situations and as powerless. They are ready to sacrifice their everything for the sake of freedom. So slavery and a disgraceful life should not be transfer to the next generation.

In both sides of the border Baloch have been facing a very powerful enemy in such a scenario their main mission is to have less loss and let their enemy to suffer more. If Baloch was confronting an enemy which has little humanity, where Baloch could be able to struggle through democratic means to achieve his rights, if they expected any positive outcome then Baloch could not be forced to attack in such suicide manners nor (today) Baloch carry gun in their hand.

The whole world strongly condemned such attacks and Baloch also do not support such acts, but they do deserve a right to ask a few questions. From five years till now Iran has approximately executed or murdered 721 Baloch. This includes a well known Sunni scholar but the world could have the courage or could have tried to stop Tehran’s hand?

Along with the Baloch are other nations, they are victims of state’s worst terrorism (in Iran). Why is the world incapable of helping them? If the world condemned such suicide attacks, then they should be capable of stopping that. No state should take another nation’s thousand years of old history, their homeland, and their identity. Either they should convince other nations to believe that without taking the gun nor sacrificing their (precious) lives they still can achieve their justice.

Before we take the discussion further we should make it clear to Iranian and Pakistani authorities. The allegations from Iran that Pakistani agencies are involved in supporting Baloch whom are making situations bad inside Iran; this is nothing but a joke. Whatever the Baloch nation has chosen the path it is from them. While this is the fact that Pakistan and Iran secret agencies always cooperative with each other, Baloch have known their secret since long time ago. Because independence of Eastern or Western Balochistan will directly affect each other, that is the main point where Tehran and Islamabad are both doubtful of each other yet it is nothing but making a fool of Baloch.

Similarly, Iran was previously blaming UK and the United States for interfering in its internal affairs. For Tehran, if rulers believe in justice they should look at Chahbahar and Bander Abbas Baloch coastal belts where Baloch used to have complete autonomy. Today, their population is from two percent to five percent labor force. Look at it very carefully, and see their opportunity of education. Are Baloch studying their history? Are Baloch and other nations (beside Persians) having an opportunity of promoting their own mother language? In short, Baloch are the owners of the most precious land in Iran, then why is the Baloch nation being compared to others who are also oppressed, yet Baloch are more oppressed and forced to be backward than other oppressed groups.

Although, Malik Reki movement started as Jundullah, with the religious name but it is a pure national movement. While in Iran from Shah to Mullahs, all are prohibiting the political activities and leaving people far away from political awareness. In such a society where lack of education exists in a nation, that nation is suffering economically and other nations are being suppressed. Then their political slogan and struggle to achieve their national rights are not only going to be difficult but may be impossible. That is the main reason Malik Reki based of Sunni population, against prohibitions of Sunni religious practice, and fighting against the innocent and well known Baloch Sunni scholar’s murder. This voice is the foundation of his movement, particularly in Iranian regime situation; there is no better practical strategy for Baloch to fight against the enemy with the same weapons.

In Iran, throat of democracy is suffocated by Islamic system. In a state where inhuman and uncivilized way of decisions is being made inside the mosque, the mosque has become substitute of political institutions. Where some one having a different point of view will be labeled as an agent of the United States or other countries. Then they will simply be executed. Where rallies and demonstrations are prohibited, where people having no other place except the mosque, where people gather for prayers then get an opportunity to share their views. Even though, Baloch are abandoned even from the mosque because they are Sunni.

In Iran all other nations are victims of oppression. In the name of justice, justice itself is being murdered; the more to write about that it seems it’s still not enough. Where other nations are left alone and they face death, international powers are just being expatiator that is by all means condemnable.

In Iran, Baloch and other nations are today facing state terrorism. The fanatic and religious hates are further being painful and it is taking dangerous shape. Where Shia rulers are radical and oppressive, therefore Baloch nations and others are forced to think about their land which Tehran digested; there language is powerless due to dominated Persians. Their culture and customs are going down and being forced to change with in unnatural nation of Persians.

In Iranian ruler considers religion as their identity while they have reached a stage of a mentality that their religion is being attacked, Tehran will see it will be the last nail hitting in the forehead. Therefore, through religious ideology people can open a path for struggle to save their land, language, culture and customs.

From our point of view whoever considers Abdul Malik Reki’s struggle as a fanatic one he may have a problem and could be an enemy of Baloch by linking Abdul Malik Reki with Taliban and Al Qaeda. This will be obstacle of gaining international support for Baloch National Movement. While Pakistani and Iranian authorities are busy in propaganda against the Baloch, at he same time they are hiding their own sins. They are making it harder for Baloch while Baloch themselves are trying to have an affect on media.

Despite all this Baloch are successfully letting the world know they are peaceful and a civilized nation regardless of being weak and they are still struggling against such fanatic Iranian regimes and Pakistan. Such states who are betraying the United States and the rest of the world. Baloch are fighting for their survival after the enormous sacrifices, their struggle has reached the decisive stage. Therefore, international powers should see Baloch national problems thoroughly and seriously. Their struggle which is going on for their independence of Balochistan. If international powers fail to resolve Baloch problems according to the Baloch interest then the near future situations will not be in control by anyone in the region. Baloch want to live freely and he is ready to die, who are not familiar with the Baloch psychic should be reminded, Baloch psychology rests in this proverb “In a coward and brave death there is one difference. Brave died with dignity once and cowards every day because of fear hundreds time dies.” So, Baloch will fight for his survival with in a dignifying way.

By not allowing the whole region to be slaughter ground international powers must think and make it possible to resolve the Baloch land issue - unnatural divisions among Iran, Pakistan, and Afghanistan. Through that strategy the lawlessness in Iran will end and in Pakistan Baloch will be rid of state terrorism. If the international powers cannot do this those whose innocent loved ones were murdered they will take personal revenge to those states. Whatever method they think will be appropriate they will adopt. They may not adopt (the strategy) what the international powers are going to call good or bad. When they feel they are alone and helpless then they will be forced to think otherwise. If the world body is unable to play a positive role then individuals do not consider it to be accountable of any rules. Through, their personal revenge a whole nation or their freedom struggle should not be labeled terrorist; that would not be fear.

In conclusion, Baloch and Balochistan’s problem has taken serious shape, by only looking at that serious problem on the surface it will cause serious consequences in that region. So, the international powers should not look at Baluchistan’s situation according to Pakistan and Iranian eyes because they are the foe of Baloch, till now the world body is making decisions according to their (Iran, Pakistan) base of provided information. Obliviously, their information are misguided and one sided one.

8,000 Balochs still missing, BRP

Karachi - Baloch Republican Party (BRP) on Friday claimed that 8,000 Baloch political workers were still missing across the Balochistan, as the military action was still witnessing in different parts of the province, said the party leaders while addressing the press conference held here at Karachi Press Club.

Central leader of BRP, Professor Naila Qadri, Wahab Baloch, Shahnawaz Baloch, Gulzar Dost Baloch, Mir Ali Afzal Bugti, Bibi Zaibunnisa and others were also present addressed on the occasion.

She said that despite of making several tall claims by the government, the operation was still on peak in different districts of Balochistan. “The government has yet not taken any serious initiative to free the missing persons, even the independent judiciary has not play the role in this connection,” she added.

She said: “During the lawyers’ campaign initiated to restore the free judiciary and reinstatement of CJP, the matter of missing persons was also taken in the agenda of the movement, but despite of the restoration of free judiciary, the matter of missing persons still awaiting to resolved.”

Naila said that her name was included in Exit Control List (ECL) without explaining any crime charges against her, she added.

On the invitation of United Nations, she was leaving for Philippine to take part in the International Conference for Women, but when she reached at the airport, the security agencies interrupted her and did not let her taking the flight. After passing of several hours till her flight flew, the security officials, told her that her name could be removed from the ECL if she agree for the settlement with Islamabad. She said that she refused them so they misbehaved with her and started searching her baggage and took her important documents in their possession.

The BRP leader also claimed that the security agencies have adopted aggressive attitude against the Baloch people in Balochistan, and the series of missing the Baloch political activists are still on peak across the province.

Later, the workers of BRP staged protest agitation outside KPC and chanted slogans against the government and demanded of ending the operation in Balochistan.

Inside Balochistan’s Ravaged Heartland

Harried by the Taliban on one side and the State on the other, Balochis remain hunted in their own land, reports QURRATULAIN ZAMAN

IF YOU want to know what is happening in Pakistan’s troubled province of Balochistan, just go to Sariab Road, in its capital, Quetta. Most people who live on its 6-km stretch are Baloch. For the Hazaras, Punjabis and Pashtuns — the other groups in this multi-ethnic city — Sariab Road is ilaqaghair (a no-go area).

After crossing the railway tracks that separate Sariab Road and Quetta Cantonment — or “Pakistan”, as the Baloch nationalists call it — the first thing you notice is an army tank to welcome you, next to a chauki or fortified post. Nationalist slogans and the emblems of banned militant organisations such as the Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) and the Baloch Republican Army (BRA) adorn the walls: “We want freedom from Pakistan!” “No to Gwadar port!” “Red salute to the martyrs of Balochistan!”

Vehicles of the paramilitary Frontier Corps (FC) are parked on both sides of the road. Opposite Sariab Road police station stands the new red brick building of Asaapnewspaper. “Asaap” is a combination of the Balochi words for “fire” and “water.” “Our commitment to the land is so strong, we’ll cross both fire and water,” is emblazoned next to the entrance. Below, in bold letters: “If you want to know, understand, think or speak Balochistan, read Asaap.”

The building is quiet and empty. There is no furniture or human presence on the ground floor. On the first floor, Asaap’s editor, Abid Mir, is sitting in a small corner room. He is reluctant to talk. “We closed down the newspaper because of tremendous tremendous pressure and intimidation from the Pakistan government and security agencies.” The last edition of the newspaper came out on August 18. But Abid Mir still comes to the office everyday. One of the most influential Urdu newspapers in the province, Asaap has been denied government advertisements for the last four years. As there is little commerce or industry in Balochistan, few advertisements come from the private sector. Once, Asaap would publish Baloch writers and run stories about missing people. Now, Abid Mir the proud Baloch earns a living by teaching Pakistan’s national language, Urdu, at the nearby Balochistan University.

The university’s main gate is on Sariab Road, too. However, immediately behind it lies another gate – a sandbagged army post. However, it is the grey vardee (uniform) of the FC that can be seen all over the place. A whopping 500 FC troops are posted here to maintain law and order in Balochistan University.

The university, which was closed for two months because of the “law and order situation,” reopened recently after Eid. Amjad, a 24 year-old former president of the Baloch Student Organisation (BSO) is one of the few students who has returned. “You feel you’ve entered a garrison, not a university,” he remarks, adding, “The FC took away 26 Baloch students last week. My friend Mujeeb was among those kidnapped. Pakistan’s security agencies have left no political option for us. They have turned all liberal forces into radicals by torturing them.”

According to him, the BSO serves as a nursery for nationalists who are in hiding or fighting in the mountains. The student leader’s father was an active member of the established Balochistan National Party (BNP), which has traditionally stood by Pakistan, demanding more rights for the Balochis. But he and his brothers advocate a “free” Balochistan. “We have convinced our father after many long fights and arguments; today, he is a radical like me.”

Amjad remembers when he was a patriotic Pakistani. As a teenager, he proudly put up a poster of Kargil war hero Captain Karnal Sher Khan. “Pakistan needs to reflect upon what made me hate Pakistan,” he says. “They make us feel like slaves. If I wear western clothes, I can move freely in Quetta city. However, if I wear my baggy Baloch salwar, I am sure to be strip-searched.”

FRIENDLY AND polite, law student Shahzeb Baloch says he was picked up by the intelligence agencies in March. “They tortured me everyday,” says Shahzeb. “During interrogation, my hands were tied and I was blindfolded. They kept accusing me of being a RAW agent and insisted that I had provided weapons to militants. Their aim is to terrorise Balochis, but after this episode I have no fear left in me. Earlier, I had 80 percent hatred for them; after my return, it’s 100 percent.” The Baloch students say that the Pakistani authorities have no idea how to tackle the militancy and that is why they started picking up politically aware students who demanded more rights.

“The BSO is a progressive student organization,” says Shahzeb. “We have no connection with militant organisations like the BLA or the BRA, but we do support them politically. That is why many of our leaders are detained by security agencies. They are trying to weaken the movement and kill the idea of azadi (freedom).”

The BSO has an active women wing, with 700 registered female members. For the offence of treason, 25-year-old Karima Baloch was fined Rs 150,000 and sentenced to three years in jail by an antiterrorist court; her appeal is pending. “Baloch women have come out to fill the gap created when our men were taken away or killed,” says Karima, who has been campaigning for missing Balochis. Her own family members have disappeared.

Advocate Kachkol Ali’s house is also on Sariab Road. Ali is well known in Quetta. He was the opposition leader in the last Provincial Assembly and represented another moderate party, the National Party (NP). In April 2009, three of his clients — well-known Baloch separatist leaders — were abducted from his office in the town of Turbat. Five days later, their mutilated corpses were found. Ali accuses Military Intelligence (MI) and the ISI of the abduction. Today, he is bitter. “We hate Pakistan so much that it is better we separate.’’

HOWEVER, A host of moderate Baloch political parties advocate more autonomy and more rights for Balochis over the huge natural resources in their province. All of them boycotted the 2008 elections. Possibly the most influential of them is the BNP’s Mengal group, which has boycotted parliamentary politics for the last decade.

The BNP demands only that which Pakistan demands for Kashmir: “We want the UN to conduct a referendum here,” says party general secretary Habib Jalib. “The people will decide whether we want to stay with Pakistan or not. We don’t demand anything from Pakistan. They have made us into a colony. But unfortunately, some Balochis are working with the colonial rulers.”

After the 2008 elections, the provincial government has been headed by the Pakistan People’s Party, with a Baloch, Aslam Raisani, as chief minister. “Separatist leaders keep demanding independence for Balochistan, just like it was demanded for Bangladesh, but we won’t let it happen,” says Suraya Ameeruddin, PPP senator from Balochistan. “Our president Asif Ali Zardari asked for forgiveness from the Balochis for the murder of Akbar Bugti and other slain leaders. It is a fact that the Balochis have been deprived of their rights. But how can we give away such a big province with so many national resources?” The PPP government has promised to bring development to the impoverished province. Says Ameeruddin, “Once these frustrated young Baloch get jobs and facilities, they’ll stop joining the ranks of the BLA or the BRA. They will stand with us.”

The Baloch Republican Party (BRP) is considered to be the political face of the underground, separatist BRA. Hundreds of BRP activists have disappeared. Party chief Brahamdagh Bugti, a grandson of Akbar Bugti, is in hiding. For many youngsters, the handsome 28-year-old Brahamdagh is a Che Guevara-like figure. Officials say he is in Afghanistan and have accused India of supporting him through its consulates there. But party leader Dr Abdul Hakeem Lehri rubbishes all claims that the movement is run by a “foreign hand”: “If Pakistan had any real evidence that India supports us, would they have spared us? Every Baloch household has a reason to fight with them. The story of a foreign hand is just to satisfy the Pakistani elite.”

Like many Baloch separatist leaders, Lehri is disillusioned and bitter. “Our fight is with the establishment in Islamabad. They think they have seven lakh soldiers. But Russia had 20,000 warheads. Do they think this rotten nuclear bomb is going to work for them? Someone is going to steal it soon anyway!”

To add to this, the Afghan Taliban’s central command is reported to be in Quetta. While the Pentagon is sure enough of their presence there to mull drone attacks on them, Pakistan has officially denied any Taliban presence in the province. However, a top security official in Quetta admits that the Afghan Taliban leaders are relaxing there. “They are in the opposition these days in their country, so they are here. If Karzai could live in Quetta for ten years, what’s wrong with it? They are not a threat to us until and unless we disturb them. American drone attacks will only provoke them,” he warns.

Malik Siraj Akbar is the bureau chief of the English national newspaper Daily Times and is intimately familiar with Balochistan and its people. He says that Islamabad has always focused on curbing Baloch nationalism and the separatist movement in the province and has ignored the influx of Taliban. “For Islamabad, a Baloch is a trouble maker and a Talib is a friend. They have always been protecting the Taliban and Afghan refugees in order to create a demographic imbalance.” Though Balochistan is Pakistan’s largest province, the Baloch make up less than 4 percent of the population.

However, let alone the Baloch, local Hazaras and even Pashtuns are perturbed by the strong presence of the Taliban. Hazaras are mainly Shiites and came to Quetta because they were persecuted in Afghanistan. Now, regular targeted killings of Hazaras in the city have intimidated them.

One Hazara who is working with an NGO in the city says, “We can easily be identified as Hazaras by our appearance. Sunni extremists kill us because we are Shias. Every morning, I set out for work, not knowing if I will return home in the evening.”

Slain Baloch leader Nawab Akbar Bugti’s son Talal Bugti, who heads his father’s Jamhoori Watan Party (JWP), says, “The Taliban are outlaws and dacoits. I am in favour of drone attacks on them but they have been given protection by the army’s Corps Commander, Quetta.” Contrary to his nephew, the guerrilla fighter Brahamdagh, Talal Bugti and his party are agitating for more autonomy within Pakistan and a higher rent for the Bugti land under which the massive Sui gas fields lie. He however, believes that the Baloch issue will not be solved under the current dispensation. “Their bosses and godfathers in the intelligence agencies have not given them the authority. It is beyond their power to talk about our interests,” says Talal.

MUKHTAR CHALGIRI is regional director of the Strengthening Participatory Organization (SPO), a leading Pakistani NGO. “No one is as frightened by these target killings as we are, because they are targeting the educated, enlightened and progressive voices of Quetta. Some people don’t want progressive thought in Balochistan. So far, 35 intellectuals have been killed in Quetta city.”

Chalgiri says security forces and intelligence agencies have strong economic and political interests in Balochistan. And they still believe they can manage the situation. “The ISI and MI are overconfident. They say that they broke the USSR and played well in Afghanistan,” he says.

“Even after a year and a half of democracy in Pakistan, Balochistan is still waiting for President Zardari’s promises to be fulfilled. The Balochs still feel that they are governed by the army and treated as second-class citizens. Their hatred for the centre and the big brother Punjab is growing. The divide between the various “nationalist” parties is being bridged by their radicalization. The calls for an independent Balochistan are getting louder, not only from feudal sardars but from the educated middle and lower middle class. But in Islamabad nobody seems to hear them as Pakistan is pre-occupied with its war in Waziristan.

Iran's Biggest Worry: Growing Ethnic Conflict

By ROBERT BAER (October 21, 2009) The Iranian regime has a problem, and it's not a velvet revolution or Israel's threat to bomb its nuclear facilities. No, what really keeps the mullahs up at night is the specter of ethnic and sectarian conflict — more attacks like the bombing on Oct. 18 in the remote southeastern province of Sistan-Baluchistan, which killed 42 people, including five senior officers of the Revolutionary Guards Corps. The country's leaders cannot help but worry that the same divisions ripping apart Afghanistan and Pakistan are about to visit them.

Tehran immediately blamed outsiders — the U.S., Great Britain and Pakistan — for Sunday's suicide bombing because it cannot admit that it has its own homegrown Taliban. Whatever Iran says about Jundallah, the ethnic Baluch group that claimed responsibility for the attack, it's an indigenous movement.

Pakistan: general Amnesty to Baloch

By Gedrozia Baloch (October 20,2009) Islamabad few weeks ago announced through the media that it is willing to offer a general amnesty to exiled Baloch political leaders, activists, prisoners and those who engaged in hostile activities against the state. And Pakistan occupying forces will agree to stop further expansion of its military camps in Balochistan.

In reality there is no such visible sign of amnesty across Balochistan. Baloch activists and students are still being arrested and they have been disappearing, so Islamabad offer of general amnesty towards the Baloch has remain murky nor their promises and offers can claim any weight.

Baloch tested and has gone through false promises in the past but their suffering, deprivation, exploitation of their resources has continued; Majority of Baloch nation feel they are being treated as slaves in their own home land since March, 1948 forceful occupations of Balochistan .

The main reason is in the past similar sort of general amnesty was given by Pakistan’s Chief of Army Staff, Mr. Tikka Khan, to Nawab Noruz Khan’s and his fellows, by declaring a cease-fire after taking an oath on Quran’s to trust their offer and by agreeing to resolve Balochistan dispute through dialogue. But at the end that trust and agreement with peaceful negotiations first began with arrests then executions by those who had taken the oath of Quran this was nothing but a deception and betrayal from the state towards Baloch leaders.

Therefore, such amnesty by Islamabad means to show the international community that they are willing to resolve the Baluchistan’s crisis, their remorseful, injustices, suffering and decades of exploitations of their rich resources.

While the loyal Baloch exiled leaders, activist, students, writers and generalist through their rallies, seminars, speeches, writing and websites have been exposing Pakistan’s true face to the international community because of that Baloch nation is gaining moral support from the international community.

Pakistan can not hide its barbaric and inhuman treatment against Baloch on the other hand state has been facing fierce resistance from Baloch freedom fighters whom are struggling to regain their independence.

In such a time Pakistan’s general amnesty carries no weight while military operations keep going on and Baloch activists and students are still being arrested and keep disappearanceing due to that Baloch’s fully vigilante about their prominent leaderships and freedom fighters sacrifices for their home land.

As the ancient wisdom says, the wise man does not fall in the same hole twice;therefore, majority of the Baloch nation can not buy such repeated false promises of general amnesty because they have learned from this despicable state through previous deceptions and repeated betrayals.

"Independent Balochistan"- a guarantee for logistic supplies to NATO forces in Afghanistan (Council for Balochistan`s Independence)

Pakistani Military is the sole master and ruler of Pakistani State. They are the real masters to shape the internal and the foreign policy of the country and Pakistani Generals are the owners of the heavy/light business corporations of Pakistan. Pakistani Generals are the sole owners of the natural resources of Balochistan, Sindh and N.W.F.P.

It`s the shame for Pakistani military, who illigally occupied the private property of Bugti tribe. Now, Pakistani greedy forces own and guard all the private properties of Bugti family, after the martyr of Nawab Akber Khan Bugti.

The evil deeds of Pakistani Army has created a bad image among the citizens of Pakistan,in general and has created a mega hatred among the citizens of Balochistan, Sindh and N.W.F.P.

Pakistani Military is immune to voilate the Human Rights in Balochistan.Untill now, they are arresting, kidnaping, and killing the Baloch civilians and, even, are deporting Balochs to Irani slaughter-houses. those who visited their relatives in the summer vacations.

The recent case is Mr. Ahsan Arjmandi, a Norweign Baloch was arrested in Balochistan during his summer vacation and then extradited to Iran. On the other hand, Mr. Ghazali, a citizen of Sweden, who was released from Guantanamo Base, was arrested in Pakistan but was extradited to Sweden !! The Civilian Governments, Central or Provincial, are the puppets of Pakistani Military and a source to get blank-cheques, modern weapons, military technology from United States to bleed Balochs and Allied forces in Afghanistan.

To continue their lucrative business, Pakistani Military and their strong wing ISI, even targets, mercilessly, Pashtuns in Afghanistan and in N.W.F.P. by huge explosive devices, with their intention to turn the "Pashtun anger" against the Coalition forces both in Afghanistan and Pakistan.

The Afghan war is a lucrative business for Pakistani military to smuggle narcotics, proliferate nuclear technology, and on the pretex to carry "the war on terror" ....to punish the ethnic groups like: Baluchs, Pashtun and Sindhis, to loot the rich mineral resources of Baluchistan & Sindh.

Non-security Forces to Pakistanis, try to prolong the war in Afghanistan, with their vision to benefit, more, from the Afghan war i.e. get huge aid from United States to double the bank balances of Pakistani Generals, to sustain a big Army and other Jehadi forces, to promote their business of killing in their neighbouring countris.

To acheive their goals, Pakistan is playing the double-game, as usual, and have not abandoned their policy of "depth stratagic policy" in Afghanistan and has not taken their hands-off from the "forcible NATO exit strategy " from Afghanistan.

Pakistani Army is following the tactic to prolong the war in Afghanistan to damage the treasury of United States

It`s obvious that Intelligence Agencies of Pakistan (ISI) are well aware that the more Afghan war draws longer, the more public opinion shall be against Coalition forces in Afghanistan and potentially the consensus to withdraw NATO forces from Afghanistan shall be increased.

It`s therefore that slow motion of genocide of Pashtuns and other ethnic groups in Afghanistan and Pakistan is taking place.

Pakistani Army, through their proxies - Afghan Taliban - are chasing the NATO forces and bleeding them like a clever hunters, as the prey becomes tired and surrenders, at last.

The long war in Afghanistan shall help to boost the hidden Agenda of Talibans ( Pakistani Military ) to conquer Afghanistan but the story shall not end here in Afghanistan. The next Talibani struggle shall, surely, be extended to Central Asia, Middle-east and probably, as they dream, to establish Khilafat in the whole world.

Only an "Independent Balochistan" can stop the future threat of Pakistani Military (Talibans/quida) in this part of the world. Balochistan(Toran/sistan ) played a "balance of power" among Iran, Afghanistan and India for the last hundreds of years.
It`s crystal clear that, in the foreseeble future, Pakistani Military (Talibans/al-quida) shall try to stop the logistic supplies to NATO forces in Afghanistan in their final round of attacks on Kabul and elsewhere in Afghanistan.

To rescue Nato/ISAF forces in Afghanistan from such catastrophic phenomenom, it`s utmost important to get the help, assistance and guidence of Baluchs to continue the flow of logistic supplies for NATO forces in Kandahar (Afghanistan) via Gawader Port of Balochistan. Bold & wise steps to be taken to train and arm ....Nationalist Baluchs & Pashtuns, and not Frontier Constabiliry (FC), who are the foot soldiers of Pakistani Army and above of all, the proven B-team of Talibans !!!

An urgent, flexible and a May-day call requires to rescue NATO forces in Afghanistan by declaring Balochistan as an Sovereign State on the map of the world.

BSO Azad urges UN to take urgent notice on Ehsan Arjemandi illegal arrest and handing over to Iran

Mr. Ehsan Arjemandi was on trip to Kech District (Pakistani occupied Balochistan) to meet his family relatives, on 7th of August 2009, when he was returning toward Karachi, he was abducted when bus reached Uthal (near Zero-Point check post), the bus was stopped by secret service personals and masked Mr. Ehsan and then after that day there is no information and his family received report that he was hand over to Iranian authorities with other 15 Baloch political worker. BSO Azad and Baloch mass are worried bout their lives, as many political workers and leadership like Ghulam Muhammad Baloch are killed after abduction by Pakistani secret services...

USA: Pro-Independence Baloch activists Protest against Musharraf

Houston:The first-ever Baluch protest in Houston on Saturday morning caught the attention of the local media as the protesters carried playcards of the burning Twin Towers after the 911 attacks that read, "Paki Army did this."

The successful protest against former coup plotter and dictator General Pervez Musharraf was organized by Malik Baloch and Rashid Baloch of the DC-based American Friends of Baluchistan, an organization dedicated to the independence of Baluchistan from Pakistan and Iran's neocolonial yoke, .

Musharraf was invited to speak at a luncheon at the Omni Hotel by the pro-dictatorship World Affairs Council of Houston.

The local public telvision Channel 13 in Houston interveiwed the A.F.B. leaders who said the reason they say Pakistan was involved in the 911 terror attacks was that 80 percent of Taliban an al Qaeda leaders are still in Pakistan. They added at the time of the 911 attacks the I.S.I. was running the Afghan government and Pakistan army was calling Afghanistan a fifth province of Pakistan.

"Pakistan is till providing sanctuary to Taliban and al qaeda," the two American-Baluch activists said.

Malik Baloch and Rashid Baloch blasted Musharraf and Pakistan army for committing brutalities and crimes against humanity in Occupied Baluchistan and Sind province.

"We also like to record our protest to the present U.S. administration and US think-tanks for according dictator Musharaf VIP status, and inviting him to speak in the U.S. in intellectual forums," the two A.F.B presiding council members said. "We have the right to question the legitimacy of these think-tanks for inviting a fugitive dictator, whose hands are still soaked with the blood of veteran politician, Akbar khan Bugti, Balach Marri and numerous other innocent political activists, who dared to raise their voice against the Pakistan military injustices in Balochistan."

The accused Pakistan army and spy agencies still carrying out Musharaf's legacy of kidnapping and extra-judicial killing of secular Baluch political activists.

"The Baluch would never forget this dirty dictator for his cold blooded murder of two times governor and chief Minister of Baluchistan, Akbar khan Bugti and Bala'ach Mari with the help of U.S. supplied sophisticated Cobra gunship helicopters," the two A.F.B. leaders deplored. "The American Friends of Baluchistan is determine to expose the crimes of Musharaf and notorious Pakistani spy agency called ISI before the American public and the civilized world. We expect the fellow Americans to raise their voice and protest against the State Department and so-called think-tanks for according this brutal dictator and coup leader V.I.P. status in the U.S."

The two A.F.B. actisvists recalled during his dictatorial regime, hundreds of political activists, including women and children were disappeared, some of who are still languishing in the army and torture cells in different military cantonments in Pakistan.

During his regime the notorious ISI also targeted the twice prime minister Benazir Bhutto and put the blame on Taliban, they said, adding Musharaf is still being protected by the Pakistani rogue and jihadi army.

They cautioned the U.S. administration Pakistan Army would never be an effective partner in war against the Al-qaida and Taliban terrorists. "Supplying sophisticated military equipment to Pakistan army would be a futile venture on the part of U.S. administration to fight war against al Qaida and Taliban.

"American supplied arms to Pakistan army are being used to crush the secular Baluch people who are struggling to regain their occupied land, Balochistan, which was forcefully annexed with Pakistan in 1948," th two activists said.

They called upon the U.S. administration to understand the fact that the Talibans are the brain-child of the I.S.I., who groomed these terrorists and used them as proxy in Afghanistan. "The Pakistani army is playing double games with the U.S. and still protecting the most powerful factions of Mullah Omar and Haqqani Talibans in Pakistan. Mullah Omar and Haqqani groups are provided safe haven under the protection of military intelligence agencies in Quetta, Baluchistan, and Peshawar to use them as proxy to counter the influence of India in Afghanistan and to destabilize the Afghan government.

"Secondly, Talibans are considered the strategic assets of Pakistan army to use them as a bargaining chip to secure financial and military assistance from the US."

The A.F.B. said it was not opposed to US socio-economic aid to Pakistan with adequate vigilance to ensure the economic assistance is utilized properly for the welfare of downtrodden masses and improve the infrastructure and quality of education.

"However, providing military aid inthe form of sophisticated weaponries and modern technologies to Pakistan military, would be utterly dangerous for the U.S. and the minority Baluchs and Sindhi people. There are ample evidence of misuse of American military weaponries by Pakistan army in the past, where Pakistan army used the U.S .-supplied weapons against the secular Baluch, but spared the Taliban and al Qaida."

They said Musharraf has been summoned by the Balochistan High Court for the cold-blooded murder Nawab Akbar Khan Bugti.

During Musharraf's authoritarian regime, heavy bombardment by Pakistan military on the villages of poverty ridden inhabitants of Dera Bugti tribal area, tens of thousands of people left their homes and livestock, and became destitutes in different provinces in Pakistan.

"These displaced people still live in abject poverty in tents and huts in different areas in Pakistan. The Pakistan army and its spy agencies precluded these displaced people to come back and resettle in their area, even after the induction of a new democratic government," they said. "The coup leader Musharraf and his military junta even thwarted the efforts of the U.N. agencies intervention to provide some relief to these poor displaced people by grossly violating international law. "

The two leaders said Pakistan's notorious spy agencies are engaged in abductions, extra-judicial killings and even desecrating the bodies of the secular Baluch political activists, who are vocal about regaining thw ownership of their occupied homeland from Pakistan.

"International human rights organizations and civil society are quite and their lips are sealed against Pakistani Army and its spy agencies brutalities against the secular Baluch people in Baluchistan. We urge the U.S. civil societies and human rights organizations to come forward and forcefully raise their voice against the Pakistan army and spy agencies for committing atrocities and war cimes in Baluchistan.

Meanwhile, the A.F.B. has invited all Baluch activists who believe in independence of their homeland to the Baluchistan International Conference in Washington D.C. November 21-23.

The conference theme is "Challenges Before & Strategies For Achieving National Liberation" and it is set to coincide with the second anniversary of martyrdom of Baluch Che Guevra Bala'ach Marri.

Balochistan's Tortured Past & Present

According to the doctrine of protecting Punjab’s national interest Baloch innocent or guilty may be subjected to all forms of abuse, the most extreme mistreatment, sensory deprivation, painful shackling, severe beatings, electric shocks, induced hypothermia, exposure to bright lights and eardrum-shattering sounds 24 hours a day, denial of medical care, proper food or enough of it, excruciating force-feeding to hunger-strikers, induced psychological trauma, forced sodomy, threats and bites by snakes, being blindfolded and hung from the ceiling by their wrists, and subjected to repeated humiliations, indignities and barbarism for months, even year.

This is the tale of Pakistan’s long tradition of inflicting abusive barbaric treatment of Baloch which claimed yet another life among the thousand it had taken previously. Comrade Rasool Baksh Mengal was abducted from Uthal on 23rd August 2009 and was subjected to all forms of physical abuse. On 31-August 2009 his tortured dead body pierced with bullets was found hanging by a tree near Qalandari Hotel Lasbela sending a clear message of provocation to Baloch everywhere in the Province. It is another prime example of state terrorism in Balochistan which has taken another innocent life.

It is not surprising that nothing has been highlighted about this act of state terrorism in the Media. No one has taken notice of this killing and many similar atrocities in the past. The best the puppet regime headed by Punjabi Baloch Nawabs will do is to form another committee to start the head count. Committee after committee is formed but no practical results are achieved from it. Nothing is highlighted who is abducting, torturing and killing innocent people of this Province. Under the umbrella of national interest or fight against terrorists the state is committing heinous crimes against the Baloch people. This is not the sad part since they are the enemies of our resources and freedom but the sad part is how our Baloch Nawabs and Sardars are collaborating with the enemy in return for few dimes.

Pakistani flag has no honour and place in Balochistan

By Gedrozia Baluch (October 10, 2009): Because colours of the Pakistani flag of white are supposed to symbolize peace, harmony and mutual love and to live in peace. The colour green represents prosperity and progress. But this artificial state flag is far from these facts.

While in reality this state’s history is full of blood of the oppressed innocent people who died due to its (Pakistan) founder Mr. Mohammed Ali Jinnah.

Pakistan from its birth has been carrying crises and conflicts while millions were forced to leave their homeland from India and many were killed indiscriminately due to sectarianism. This was adopted and triggered by its founder Mr. Jinnah, for his desired Independent Islamic land while Muslims were living with Hindus and Sikhs in peace and security throughout the centuries in the sub-continent.

Because the main aim of creating any country is to ensure a decent life for it is people and to prevent them from misery. But with new born Pakistan, things came contrary to the logic and became a curse on it is own supporters as they tasted all kinds of torments, adversities and hatred and animosity and hostility to each other after so many years of coexistence, solidarity and brotherhood with each other before the British occupation of subcontinent and after British colonialism in form of collective struggle for independence.

Hence a lot of people consider the boundary between the dissident and the mother-country (sub-continent) of pure imagination, and that every Pakistani is Indian in origin, because every Pakistani had ancestors of the Indians, and was carrying identity and belongs to the Indian soil.

Britain was not serious about this division, but only was keen on any price of inability of Russian ambitions to engage and take control of the sub-continent and the neighbouring areas.

How was it possible for a single-minded man such as Mr. Jinnah, to force a super power like Britain, in order to secure a separate state for Muslims?? In fact, Britain was not interested in Muslims or any other religious group in India throughout the period of occupation of the subcontinent particularly when they intended to leave.

The best proof of the indifference of Britain for the composition of Pakistan as a separate entity is drawing the borders between Pakistan and the subcontinent within a period not exceeding one month, regardless of the endless complexities which resulted to an unfair division of assets and sources of income.

Balochistan

The biggest victim of Pakistan’s existence was Baluchistan, due to it's enjoyment of all elements of being sovereign status and has chance a rising a state because of its geopolitical importance along with the rich natural resources as well as it's southern coast which overlooks the Arabian Sea and the costal line which extends for more than 750 kilometres.

These reasons were enough to flood the saliva of Jinnah’s devil ambitions to invade and control over Baluchistan, the neighbouring independent sovereign state, and to force it to accede under the logic of power in 1948.

Since then, Pakistani rulers are displacing the local population from their regions to change the demography of Baloch areas. As well as replacement of the local Baloch language to Urdu, a derived language from Hindi, the language of Jinnah’s ancestor’s subcontinent, and imposed it in Baluchistan as the official language at schools and educational institutions. A desperate attempt to demolish the original and native Balochi language.

In addition to that, Pakistani non democratic and dictatorial rulers was/are continuously depleting and robbing all the natural resources for the management of all Pakistanis industries and institutions, particularly the military, which is using the wealth of Baluch land in suppressing and killing the innocent people of Baluchistan whenever they try to retrieve their stolen rights.

Therefore Baloch homeland is considered to be one of the poorest and least developed and have the most percentage of illiteracy, though having a rich ground of all natural resources that can guarantee development and prosperity to any nation.

As for Baloch, the master of the land, they realize the seriousness of this tumour in what is called Pakistan. They are trying to erase their identity and destroy their culture and history. Therefore Baloch resistance existed ever since Baluchistan was occupied by force and they will never give up their land at any price.

The reason why Pakistani establishment has failed in all it its desperate attempts to annex the Baluch culturally and intellectually, as they failed to include them on the ground, is that Pakistani rulers have ignored that there is a very big difference of tens of thousands of years between the history and culture of Baluch nation, and the history of underdeveloped Pakistan, which does not exceed some decades.

The simplest proof of that is the emergence of wonder and amazement in the faces of Pakistan’s ISI and FC forces when they see any citizen of Baluchistan in his traditional clothes such as turbans and baggy trousers, they are seen as strangers and foreigners in their own ancestral land by its occupiers who themselves emigrated from India in 1947 and forcefully ruling Balochistan.

In fact, their disdain from seeing Baluch people wearing such turbans and baggy trousers, this shows their ignorance. Because they do not realize that the symbolism of such turban with it is three or four meters, in existence for thousands of years than the age and history of new born Pakistan. And therefore it is not fair to compare the history of Baluchistan with the history of an unclear and incomplete growth state, Pakistan.

How a country like Pakistan can mock the values and history of an ancient civilization of a great nation when itself does not have any real history, except its dark history of destruction and loss. Maybe Pakistani establishment forgot that Baluchistan is not the right place to look for their lost identity, as their identity can be found in India, Pakistan’s origin.

So it is better for Pakistani rulers to think again and go back and join to the sub-continent were they had split from. If they are willing to have a history which can be remembered by the coming generation, especially that India has become one of the great powers, which is characterized by a strong and balanced economy, unlike Pakistan, the underdeveloped and dilapidated since its inception to date.

Finally, the fate of Pakistan, without any doubt is disappearing from the international map, because of the stiffness and resistance of the loyal people of Baluchistan in the face of the colonial State of Pakistan to defend their ancestral land (Baluchistan).

This is what we have learned from history that the end is definite for every iniquitous.
